Job Description
As the Superintendent, you will oversee day-to-day site operations and report to a Project Manager within a collaborative and highly engaged construction team. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality.
- Lead all on-site construction activities from start to completion
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and daily field coordination
- Uphold strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site
- Conduct onsite progress meetings and collaborate closely with project management
- Review drawings, specifications, and plans to ensure compliance
- Troubleshoot field issues and proactively mitigate delays
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, trades, and internal teams

For The Superintendent Role, We Are Seeking
- Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction
- Background in projects such as education, healthcare, retail, or similar commercial sectors
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and site safety
- Ability to interpret plans, manage field activities, and drive schedule performance
- Professional communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
- Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working in a fast-paced field environment
- Must meet standard background requirements for the company (non-financial/violent/sexual offenses)
