Job Description
Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead multiple large-scale or highly complex projects from preconstruction through completion.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, buyout, and financial reporting.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Drive preconstruction efforts alongside estimating and design teams.
- Serve as the senior-level contact for clients, architects, and consultants.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead executive-level project updates and strategic decision-making discussions.
- Manage project cost control, forecasting, and profitability.
- Oversee contract administration, risk mitigation, and change management.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and safety protocols.
- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Project Engineers.
- Partner closely with Superintendents to align schedule and field execution.
- Contribute to internal leadership initiatives and process improvements.
The Successful Applicant
- 8-15 years of construction project management experience.
- Proven track record managing large-scale commercial projects ($20M-$100M ).
- Experience across corporate office, healthcare, higher education, or mixed-use sectors strongly preferred.
- Strong preconstruction and client-facing experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and construction contracts.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Base Salary: $128,000 - $155,000
- Total Compensation (with bonus): $150,000 - $185,000
- Annual Bonus: 15-25% performance-based
- Vehicle / Allowance: $800 - $1,200 per month or company vehicle
