Job Description

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment on project scopes.
• Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for accurate estimations.
• Maintain and update cost databases to reflect current market conditions and pricing trends.
• Evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals for accuracy and competitiveness.
• Provide support during project negotiations and assist in value engineering efforts.
• Prepare and present detailed cost reports to stakeholders and management.
