Job Description
Assistant Project Manager - Construction
- Assist in managing ground-up and large remodel construction projects ranging from $2M to $100M.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
- Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient project execution.
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, including reports, schedules, and meeting minutes.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Support the resolution of project-related issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and project updates.
- General knowledge of Building and Construction Codes in New Haven, CT.
