Banton Construction seeks to hire an Assistant Project Manager to join our expanding team of experienced professionals. We're looking for a candidate with a strong desire to establish a long-term career and expand their skillset, while we provide mentoring opportunities.
The candidate we are seeking to hire will be working on our CT- DOT Darien Train Station, or Westport CT- DOT Maintenance Facility roughly 1 to 2 days a week, and the rest of the time will be spent in the OFFICE.
Please note: This is an Administrative role with heavy emphasis on computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, Adobe, Procore, and Writing Letters.)
SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE BASED ON PRIOR EXPERIENCE!
This job will consist of a 50 HOUR WORK WEEK: 7AM-5PM.
This is a 100% IN PERSON ROLE.

Responsibilities:
The Assistant Project Manager is expected to take on any/all tasks in their quest to learn all that he/she can about the construction industry. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating the activities of a project to ensure cost, schedule, document control and quality standards are met, while adhering to Banton's Best Practices.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
