The Assistant Superintendent - Premier Government Projects will be responsible for:
- Assist in managing daily on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment on site.
- Inspect work progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Provide support in resolving project-related issues and conflicts promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of project milestones and resource allocation.
- Communicate regularly with the Superintendent and Project Manager to provide updates and address any concerns.
The Successful Applicant
The Assistant Superintendent - Premier Government Projects Should Have
- 2 years of (assistant) superintendent experience with a general contractor
- Experience working on ground up projects over $5M
- Experience working in government contracting is preferred
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related (preferred)
- OSHA 30
- Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam or other construction related software
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
