Job Description
- Establish strong working relationship with Owner's representatives and subcontractors.
- Lead contractor meetings on a weekly basis.
- Maintain daily reports and documentation using Procore.
- Create, manage and update the project schedule, create and implement contingency plans as necessary.
- Communicate schedule status, updates and changes to the project team, subcontractors and client representatives.
- Plan, coordinate and manage jobsite logistics.
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing needs
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to collaborate on a daily basis with the project team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
The Successful Applicant
- BS or MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 5-10 years' experience on $15 million or larger commercial/industrial construction projects in a superintendent role
- Knowledge of Prolog, Primavera Scheduling preferred
- Knowledge of Procore preferred
