About Our Client

My client is an a Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) in the District, they are working with the best design teams and trade contractors to build high quality projects. They always seek out challenging and rewarding projects.

Job Description

  • Establish strong working relationship with Owner's representatives and subcontractors.
  • Lead contractor meetings on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain daily reports and documentation using Procore.
  • Create, manage and update the project schedule, create and implement contingency plans as necessary.
  • Communicate schedule status, updates and changes to the project team, subcontractors and client representatives.
  • Plan, coordinate and manage jobsite logistics.
  • Strong technical and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing needs
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to collaborate on a daily basis with the project team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

The Successful Applicant

  • BS or MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • 5-10 years' experience on $15 million or larger commercial/industrial construction projects in a superintendent role
  • Knowledge of Prolog, Primavera Scheduling preferred
  • Knowledge of Procore preferred
