Job Description

  • Execute multiple programs in alignment with contract requirements
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones
  • Ensure projects meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives
  • Serve as the primary interface with customers throughout the program lifecycle
  • Coordinate communication across internal engineering, manufacturing, and support teams
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and procedures
  • Manage and control program budgets including labor, materials, travel, and subcontracted services
  • Lead and motivate cross‑functional project teams
  • Monitor customer activity and proactively resolve issues
  • Maintain close customer communication during execution and post‑delivery
  • Support timely and accurate program closeout and documentation

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Program Manager Should Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred)
  • 5-10 years of program or project management experience in manufacturing
  • Demonstrated success with scheduling, cost control, and project reviews
  • Ability to review and interpret technical documents and specifications
  • Strong customer‑facing communication and presentation skills
  • Proven leadership in project‑based team environments
  • Excellent problem‑solving and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with full product or software development lifecycles
  • Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project
