Job Description
- Lead daily site operations on academic, public, and commercial projects throughout RI
- Oversee subcontractors, scheduling, site logistics, and quality control
- Manage 3‑week look-ahead scheduling and project phasing
- Maintain strict safety compliance and conduct regular site walks and meetings
- Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, local officials, suppliers, and RI subcontractors
- Ensure timely project delivery, punch list completion, and successful closeout
- Support planning for summer renovation season and upcoming school projects
- Represent the company professionally with owners, municipalities, and project partners

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Superintendent - Public & Academic Should Have
- 5 years of Superintendent experience (lead-level preferred)
- Proven background in academic, public, or municipal projects-RI highly preferred
- Strong understanding of the Rhode Island construction market
- Solid relationships and track record working with RI subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers
- Ability to manage fast-paced renovation schedules, school shutdown windows, and occupied environments
- Highly organized, strong communicator, and excellent field leadership skills
- $100,000 - $150,000 base salary, depending on experience
