What You’ll Do
- Provide Tier 2 support for end-user computing issues across desktop, telecom, and network environments
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues both remotely and onsite
- Perform maintenance, upgrades, and installations for IT equipment and infrastructure
- Respond to escalated issues, diagnose root causes, and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with engineering, systems, and infrastructure teams to resolve complex problems
- Document all support activity accurately within ticketing systems
- Recommend improvements to reduce recurring technical issues and enhance user experience
- 1 year of hands-on IT support experience (desktop, helpdesk, or field services)
- Working knowledge of hardware, operating systems, networking basics, and troubleshooting methodologies
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
- Travel required across multiple locations within the Treasure Valley
- Occasional overnight travel may be needed
