What You’ll Do
- Lead multidisciplinary projects, providing technical oversight, design guidance, and project management
- Serve as the primary client contact, managing scope, budgets, and invoicing
- Develop innovative, high-quality solutions across building enclosure systems and construction challenges
- Support business development through client engagement, proposal development, and industry involvement
- Mentor and coach junior staff while acting as a subject matter expert
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Licensed PE and Registered Architect (Massachusetts preferred; New England a plus)
- 8 years of relevant experience in building science and enclosure consulting
- Strong expertise in building enclosure design, mechanical systems, construction practices, and building codes
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
