A growing, industry-leading organization is seeking a Staff Accountant to join its expanding accounting team in the Plymouth Meeting, PA area.

Responsibilities
- Manage the month-end close process for assigned branch locations
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support inventory accounting and fixed asset accounting activities (training provided)
- Partner with branch leaders and operational stakeholders across multiple locations
- Participate in regular close calls and financial discussions with branch management teams
- Analyze financial results and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
- Assist with working capital management, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory processes
- Support process improvements and contribute to a highly collaborative accounting environment
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 2 years of accounting experience
- Experience with:
- General Ledger accounting
- Journal entries
- Month-end close
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different locations and departments
- Comfortable partnering with operational teams and non-financial leaders
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Oracle and/or OneStream is a plus
