.Key Responsibilitie
- sProvide high-level administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer
- .Manage a complex and ever-changing calendar, including meetings, appointments, and executive priorities
- .Coordinate domestic travel, accommodations, itineraries, and related logistics
- .Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and executive correspondence
- .Serve as a liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders
- .Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling, communication, and operational challenges
- .Track action items, deadlines, and follow-up activities to ensure timely completion
- .Coordinate executive meetings, site visits, and special projects
- .Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- .Provide occasional support outside of traditional business hours when business needs require flexibility
- .Assist with travel and logistical support during executive site visits as needed
- .Create a seamless executive experience by managing both strategic priorities and day-to-day administrative details
