A growing human services organization is seeking an experienced HR professional to support a large, multi-location employee population. Type: Direct-Hire
Location: Marienville, PA (hybrid)
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
Schedule:
- Hybrid—onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays
- Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Serve as an HR liaison and trusted resource for employees and managers
- Support HR requests across operations in approximately 24 states
- Manage performance evaluations and employee engagement initiatives
- Address employee relations matters and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Support HR compliance, regulatory audits, and licensing requirements
- Process employee changes, transfers, suspensions, and offboarding activity
- Review new-hire documentation and audit employee data in the HRIS
- Coordinate workers’ compensation claims and workplace injuries
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs and open-position reporting
- Facilitate new-hire welcome meetings and policy education
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree and SHRM/HRCI certification are preferred
- 3 years of hands-on HR experience required
- Experience supporting employees across multiple states required
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Ability to independently manage competing priorities and sensitive matters
- Human services, behavioral health, residential services, or nonprofit experience is a plus
