LHH is working directly with the hiring partner at a top AmLaw 100 platform that is actively investing in and expanding its Intellectual Property Litigation practice. This is currently an unposted opportunity, and the team is being highly selective as they build out their bench.
The Role
- IP litigation with a strong focus on technology‑driven disputes
- Ideal for associates with at least 2 full years of IP Litigation experience from a peer law firm (exceptional candidates slightly junior may be considered)
- Opportunity to work closely with partners as the group continues to grow
What They’re Looking For
- Strong academic credentials
- Experience at an AmLaw firm preferred
- Genuine interest in the technical side of IP litigation
- CS or EE background a plus, but not required
