IP Litigation Senior Associate

Our Intellectual Property Litigation practice is seeking associates with three to five years of post-JD experience. The positions can be located in Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto, San Francisco, Los Angeles or Washington, DC.

Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:

• Taking/defending depositions and motion practice.
• Conducing written discovery, expert discovery, drafting pleadings and motions.
• Inter partes review and/or ITC proceedings a plus.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor
• Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred. Equivalent industry experience in these disciplines a plus.
• Successful candidates will have excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
