Senior eDiscovery Project Manager
Role Overview
LHH has partnered with a great firm seeking a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to serve as a hands‑on leader managing review workflows, client communications, and project execution across the full EDRM lifecycle.
This is a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves role. The successful candidate will actively work in RelativityOne, manage reviewers, perform QC, run productions, and act as a primary decision‑maker when leadership is unavailable.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage eDiscovery projects from intake through production across the full EDRM lifecycle
• Serve as a client‑facing lead, providing case status updates, monthly reporting, and workflow recommendations
• Administer RelativityOne environments, including batching, reviewer management, TAR workflows, and reviewer statistics
• Oversee and support review teams (10–40 reviewers depending on project scope)
• Perform hands‑on QC, sampling, and validation at all stages of review and production
• Run productions and exports, ensuring accuracy and defensibility
• Make workflow and prioritization decisions independently when senior leadership is unavailable
• Maintain standardized processes while adapting to client‑specific needs
• Collaborate closely with a small internal team across PMs, analysts, and review managers
Required Qualifications
• Strong fluency in RelativityOne
• Experience with TAR, review management, and reviewer metrics
• Client‑facing experience providing regular reporting and case updates
• Deep understanding of eDiscovery workflows and review processes
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and make informed decisions
• Willingness to be in the work, not just delegate
• 4–6 years of relevant experience

Job Details
Salary Range: $160,000 – $180,000 annually
Employment Type: Full‑time, Direct Hire
Location: Remote (must reside and work in Pacific or Mountain Time zones)
Travel Requirement: Onsite in Beaverton, OR for one week, 1–2 times per quarter (travel expenses covered)
• Competitive salary ($160K–$180K)

– 3 weeks starting
– 4 weeks at 2 years
– 5 weeks at 5 years
