Summary:
LHH has partnered with a great firm seeking a Nevada-licensed attorney with at least one year of experience in general litigation, business litigation, and/or financial services for a contract position in Las Vegas. The role involves handling complex matters statewide, with opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage litigation cases, including discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
- Collaborate with managing shareholders and support staff.
- Work on-site during onboarding/training, with potential for hybrid/remote arrangements as determined by the managing shareholder.
- Use firm-provided equipment and adhere to firm protocols.
Qualifications:
- Active Nevada Bar license.
- Minimum 1 year litigation experience (business, general liability, or financial services preferred).
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and advocacy skills.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and committed to professional development.
Compensation:
Pay range: $60 - $80 per hour
- Initial on-site presence required for onboarding; ongoing schedule (hybrid/remote) to be determined by managing shareholder.
- Contract role, Mon - Fri
