Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Project Reconciliation Support Team. This role will provide critical support across multiple functions, including financial reporting, treasury, AP operations, and AFC consolidations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in financial close processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconciliation Review: Ensure accuracy and completeness of account reconciliations across multiple teams.
- Close Process Monitoring: Track and validate close activities to meet deadlines and compliance requirements.
- Financial Statement Analysis: Review and analyze financial statements for accuracy and consistency.
- Narrative Writing: Prepare clear and concise narratives to support financial reporting and disclosures.
- NAIC Statement Preparation & Review: Compile and review NAIC statements for regulatory compliance.
- Journal Entry Review: Validate journal entries for accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and close processes.
- Strong understanding of GAAP reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent communication and writing skills for narrative preparation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in treasury operations and AP processes.
- Familiarity with consolidations and project reconciliation workflows.
