Saul Ewing is seeking a high-performing Intellectual Property associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of patent litigation experience as well as a background in electrical or mechanical engineering. BSEE/BSME preferred. A strong academic background and excellent research, writing and communication skills are essential for this role. Candidate should have experience in taking and/or defending depositions, trial experience, brief writing, and oral motion practice before the courts. This position is open to our offices in Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, New York, and Washington D.C. Bar admission required for the jurisdiction of practice. The anticipated pay range for this role is $205,000 – $225,000.
