The Director of Strategic Initiatives will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, operating primarily through the Value-Based Care organization while supporting high-priority initiatives that span the broader enterprise. Reporting to the President of Value-Based Care, this individual will translate enterprise strategy into actionable transformation efforts, drive sponsor-prioritized projects, and ensure disciplined execution across a complex, multi-specialty physician platform.

Responsibilities
Enterprise Strategic Execution
- Lead high-impact initiatives aligned with enterprise growth, value creation, and value-based care performance objectives.
- Translate strategic priorities into measurable operational plans that improve quality outcomes, cost performance, and patient experience.
- Drive special projects sponsored by executive leadership, ensuring clarity of scope, accountability, and ROI.
- Support development and execution of the Value-Based Care strategic roadmap.
- Advance initiatives across Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and risk-based populations to improve performance and scalability.
- Identify cross-functional opportunities where VBC capabilities can enhance broader enterprise performance.
- Prepare board and executive-level materials, including strategic updates, performance reviews, and transformation progress reporting.
- Present analytics and recommendations to senior stakeholders to inform enterprise decision-making.
- Serve as a core communication conduit across clinical, operational, and corporate leaders.
- Oversee planning, governance, and execution of multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Implement disciplined program management frameworks and KPI tracking.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure timely delivery of defined outcomes.
- Lead and develop 1–2 Transformation Associates.
- Provide structure, coaching, and performance oversight.
- Help build scalable internal capabilities aligned with enterprise growth objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MHA, MPH, or related advanced degree preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in consulting, healthcare strategy, operations, or transformation roles.
- Working knowledge of value-based care models, particularly Medicare and Medicare Advantage.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, multi-site healthcare environments.
- Strong analytical capability and experience developing executive-level materials.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
- Experience in private equity–backed healthcare environments preferred.
