Head of Recruiting Operations - Up to $275k base package (Hybrid, Manhattan)
We’re currently supporting a leading global investment firm that is growing its recruiting function. They are looking for a strategic, but hands on, Head of Recruiting Operations to drive the effectiveness, structure, and long-term success of their talent acquisition function.
This is a senior leadership role at the centre of a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You will own recruiting systems, workflows, programs, analytics, coordination strategy, interviewer training, scheduling operations, and the development of a high-performing RC team.
You’ll work closely with Recruiting & HR Leadership aswell as Business leaders, driving consistency, scalability, and operational excellence across a global hiring organisation.
Some of the key responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of Recruiting Coordinators and operational specialists.
- Own the design, optimisation, and implementation of core recruiting workflows.
- Oversee scheduling operations and ensure best-in-class candidate experience across all pipelines.
- Own recruiting system, reporting, dashboards, and recruiting analytics.
- Identify bottlenecks, operational gaps, and opportunities for automation or efficiency gains across the recruiting lifecycle.
Key Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in Recruiting Operations, Talent Operations, or TA leadership.
- Demonstrated experience managing teams.
- Deep knowledge of ATS and scheduling platforms.
- Strong process design and optimization background, with a track record of building scalable operational frameworks.
- Comfortable in low-ego, fast-moving, highly collaborative cultures with shifting priorities.
- Adaptable, hands on and able to operate at pace.
Salary : $225,000 - $275,000
