Talent Acquisition Lead
We are partnering with a leading global financial services firm seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join their growing U.S. team. This role sits within a high-performing people function and will play a key part in supporting the firm’s continued growth across broking and insurance operations.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced recruiter with a strong understanding of the insurance market and a track record of hiring across broking, underwriting, and related commercial lines. You’ll work directly with business leaders and hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies that attract top industry talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with broking and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial briefing through to offer stage, ensuring a smooth and high-quality candidate experience.
- Source, engage, and assess top talent within commercial insurance, risk, and specialty markets.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing insights on market trends and candidate availability.
- Contribute to broader TA initiatives including process improvement, diversity hiring, and employer brand development.
Key Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in talent acquisition (either in-house or agency), ideally across insurance, brokerage, or financial services.
- Proven success recruiting for broking, underwriting, or commercial insurance roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
