AI / ML Recruiter - Up to $200k base package.
We’re partnering with a leading technology firm who are looking for an experienced AI/ML recruiter to support hiring across ML, Research, Data Science, and adjacent technical domains.
This is a hands-on sourcing role where you’ll engage directly with world-class technical talent, run deep research, and partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build pipelines for highly specialised, hard-to-fill roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and pipeline top AI/ML, Research, Data Science, and Engineering talent.
- Build sourcing strategies for deeply specialised searches, including bespoke market mapping and talent intelligence.
- Deliver a personalised, high-touch candidate experience from first outreach to handoff.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to understand role nuances and assess potential effectively.
Key Requirements
- 3 years of sourcing experience focused on ML/AI, engineering, or scientific/quantitative talent.
- Strong research, market-mapping, and outreach skills
- Experience hiring for high-bar technical organisations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that values curiosity, humility, and analytical thinking.
Salary : $175,000 - $200,000
