We’re supporting a global technology firm as they continue to expand their recruiting team.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys end-to-end executive recruiting across a broad range of non-technical roles, including Finance, Legal & Compliance, Operations, Corporate Strategy, HR, Investor Relations, Research etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple corporate functions and seniority levels.
- Partner directly with business leaders to define hiring needs, shape processes, and drive long-term talent mapping.
- Deliver thoughtful, white-glove candidate management from first touch to close.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to compete in a highly selective market.
- Contribute to broader recruiting initiatives, process optimisation, and cross-functional projects.
Key Requirements
- 5 years of recruitment experience across corporate or non-technical functions
- Ability to context-switch across functions and seniority levels while maintaining precision and judgement.
- Strong stakeholder management and comfort operating in high-performance environments.
Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
