Talent Acquisition Lead – Fintech (New York)
We’re partnering with a high-growth, globally recognised fintech scaling rapidly across the US. They’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive hiring across GTM, Product, and Technology, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to deliver against ambitious growth plans.
This is a high-impact, player-coach role with end-to-end ownership - you’ll lead from the front while managing and scaling a small team (including two RPO partners). From shaping hiring strategy and building proactive pipelines, to optimising processes and elevating talent quality, you’ll play a key role in building a best-in-class TA function.
The ideal profile will have experience in high-growth tech or fintech environments, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering at pace while maintaining a high bar. Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
Salary : $175,000
