Campus Recruiter – Up to $225k base bonus

We’re working with a leading financial services firm that are looking for a driven Campus Recruiter to help shape their early-careers and university recruiting strategy across North America.

This is an opportunity to join a high-calibre recruiting team and take ownership of sourcing, engaging, and converting top university talent across all business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle campus recruitment across target schools, student organisations, and early-career pipelines.
• Drive sourcing, attraction, event planning, candidate management, and closing strategies for internships and graduate hires.
• Build strong relationships with professors, career centres, student groups, and societies.
• Represent the firm at career fairs and events.

Key Requirements:

• Proven success managing high-volume campus pipelines across multiple target schools.
• Strong communicator with the ability to excite and influence top students in competitive markets.
• Outstanding organisational skills and comfort operating in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external university partners.
