Campus Recruiting Coordinator
We’re working with a high-performing organization to hire a Campus Recruiting Coordinator to join their Human Capital team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys being at the center of programs that attract and engage early-career talent.
You’ll play a key role in executing recruiting initiatives and events, partnering closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver a polished, high-quality candidate experience.
What you’ll be doing
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for recruiting programs and events (both in-person and virtual)
• Manage scheduling, communications, materials, and on-site or virtual execution
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external participants to ensure smooth program delivery
• Track participation data, maintain accurate records, and gather feedback to improve future initiatives
• Support continuous improvement of recruiting programs and processes
• Ensure a high level of professionalism and attention to detail across all interactions
• Assist with additional projects and initiatives as needed
What we’re looking for
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (coordination, events, recruiting, or similar)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and execution skills
• Professional, discreet, and comfortable handling sensitive information
• Collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset
Compensation & details
• Base salary range: $85,000–$100,000
• Eligible for additional compensation and overtime
