Experienced Campus Recruiter
A leading global investment firm is seeking an Experienced Campus Recruiter to support high-touch university recruiting efforts across a fast-paced, intellectually rigorous environment.

Location: Hybrid. Offices in Midtown Manhattan and Fairfield County, CT
Schedule: 2 days/week in office, 3 days/remote
CT requirement: The last Tuesday and Wednesday of each month are expected to be onsite in CT; the remainder of the month can be worked from either office
Commute support: Transportation/shuttle support from NYC is available for the Connecticut office
Hours: Generally 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with longer hours during heavier recruiting periods as needed
*travel required during peak seasons
Compensation & Benefits: $170,000 to $220,000 total compensation, inclusive of base salary and target discretionary bonus and competitive benefits package
What the role involves
- Leading campus recruiting efforts for early-career hiring
- Building and executing sourcing strategies, with a strong emphasis on direct outreach
- Identifying target schools, talent pools, and pipelines in a thoughtful, data-driven way
- Managing candidate outreach through platforms such as LinkedIn and other sourcing channels
- Tracking recruiting metrics and using data to refine strategy and improve outcomes
- Partnering closely with internal stakeholders on hiring needs and talent planning
- Supporting candidates through the interview process and helping deliver a strong overall experience
- Traveling to campuses during key recruiting periods to represent the firm and engage with talent
Ideal background
- At least 3 years of experience in campus recruiting, talent acquisition, or another relevant talent-focused role
- Strong experience with direct sourcing and outbound candidate outreach
- Someone who thinks strategically about recruiting, including school targeting, outreach methods, conversion metrics, and pipeline development
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Open to candidates from a range of industries
- Could also be a fit for someone without a traditional recruiter title if they have highly relevant sourcing and talent-identification experience
- Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Open-minded, intellectually curious, and comfortable in a candid, feedback-rich culture
