Our client, an UHNW family, is seeking a proactive, energetic, and adaptable Family Assistant to support their dynamic lifestyle. This individual will divide their time between administrative support and being actively engaged with 3 school-aged children, offering guidance with homework, projects, and scheduling of day-to-day activities. The role requires someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, working alongside other household staff to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general family support, including scheduling, coordination, and organizational tasks.
- Assist with managing school and extracurricular schedules, appointments, and related logistics.
- Engage with children in a thoughtful and interactive way, supporting learning and development.
- Travel as needed, particularly during the summer months.
- Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a smooth-running household.
Qualifications:
- Experience in childcare, education, or family support preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Confident, approachable, and able to command attention when needed.
- Flexible, hands-on, and comfortable with shifting priorities.
- Ability to travel frequently and maintain a “no task too big or small” mentality.
