Executive Assistant to Senior Leader
We’re partnering with a high-performing organization to hire an Executive Assistant supporting a senior leader in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. This is a critical role for someone who operates with strong judgment, stays ahead of priorities, and thrives managing complexity.
This individual will act as a true partner to the executive — owning scheduling, communication flow, and day-to-day coordination — while ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.
What you’ll be doing
• Manage a complex, high-volume calendar with constant shifting priorities
• Anticipate needs, troubleshoot conflicts, and keep the executive operating efficiently
• Serve as a key point of coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders
• Handle detailed domestic and international travel logistics
• Prepare presentations, documents, and materials to support meetings
• Track action items and ensure follow-through across stakeholders
• Manage communications on behalf of the executive with professionalism and discretion
• Process expenses and support administrative workflows
• Assist with planning meetings, events, and team initiatives
• Take on additional projects as needed
What we’re looking for
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel in particular)
• Experience coordinating complex travel, including international
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to operate independently
• High level of discretion and professionalism
