Recruitment Operations Specialist
Our client is a prestigious FinTech company in Manhattan operating on a hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days of remote flexibility.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Act as a change agent within the Recruiting team, spotting inefficiencies and designing smarter, scalable solutions
- Analyze a blend of qualitative insights and quantitative data to uncover trends and inform strategy
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that elevate how Recruiting operates, partnering closely with Human Capital and teams across the firm
- Own multiple projects or programs at once, keeping things on track and aligned with larger goals
- Conduct audits to ensure data integrity and identify gaps or opportunities for automation
- Develop and deliver reports that keep stakeholders informed and decision-making sharp
- Field ad-hoc requests with flexibility and attention to detail, always ready to pivot when priorities shift
Requirements:
- 5 years of HR/Recruitment Operations/Project Management experience
- Managerial experience is highly preferred
- Professional services experience is required
- Must have hands-on full cycle process improvement experience from ideation to execution
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must have strong reporting and analytical skills
- Intermediate Excel skills are required
- Experience working in big tech is a plus
The salary range for this role is $100,000-$225,000, commensurate with experience.
