Job Description:
- Provide consulting support on HR matters, including wage and hour, leave laws, workers’ compensation, and employee relations.
- Serve as the main contact for clients and employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll compliance.
- Track billable work, interpret client contracts, and identify opportunities for supplemental services.
- Conduct HR assessments and prepare reports for client presentation.
- Manage sensitive correspondence, prioritize inquiries, and maintain organized documentation.
- Develop and deliver training content for webinars and HR-related sessions.
- Build strong relationships with client employees, managers, and vendors to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform other HR-related duties and special projects as assigned.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and able to learn HRIS/Payroll/Benefits systems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret benefit plans and explain details clearly to employees and managers.
- Comfort working with diverse client groups and all organizational levels.
- Ability to travel locally once per week (reimbursed).
- Strong initiative, proactive problem-solving, and adaptability in changing environments.
