SQL Support Analyst

Position: SQL Support Analyst

Location: Cary, NC (Hybrid)

Pay: $40/hour

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of prior experience in a technical support position is required.
• 3 to 5 years of SQL experience and the ability to develop basic ad hoc queries in SQL for troubleshooting issues (strong SQL background) is required.
• Financial industry experience is preferred.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Ability to provide after-hours and weekend support remotely on occasion on a rotating schedule.)

Greene Resources is seeking a SQL Support Analyst to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Monitor daily processes to ensure customer data received and processed successfully
• Manage case assignments via Service Now, providing follow up and documentation for case resolution
• Have a basic understanding of the product/service offerings
• Provide after hours and weekend support on a rotating schedule
• Participate in daily standup discussing support issues
• Ability to understand complex stored procedures.
• Respond to daily issues/requests from internal teams
• Communicate with confidence, ensuring information presented is accurate
• Participate in team meetings
