Position: Utility Pipe Foreman

Location: Raleigh, NC

Pay: $75,000 - $95,000/year $2500 Sign On Bonus

Experience: At least 5 years of experience supervising underground utility construction on heavy civil projects.

Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday; 1st shift.

Greene Resources is seeking a Utility Pipe Foreman to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Lead and supervise crews installing water, sewer, and storm drain systems.
• Plan manpower, equipment, and materials for daily and weekly operations.
• Enforce OSHA, trench safety, and confined space requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and utility companies.
• Monitor productivity, track materials, and control project costs.
• Resolve conflicts with existing utilities or site conditions.
• Mentor foremen, operators, and laborers to strengthen team performance.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of underground utility installation methods and trenching practices.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and project specifications.
• Valid North Carolina Driver’s License.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal communication and teamwork abilities.
