โ Administer health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, wellness, and other employee benefit programs.
โ Serve as the primary contact for employee benefit inquiries, issue resolution, and vendor coordination.
โ Conduct benefits onboarding for new hires, including UKG enrollment support.
โ Support annual open enrollment, benefit plan renewals, and benefit-related audits.
โ Manage the full leaves program (FMLA, PFML, ADA, STD/LTD, workersโ compensation coordination, etc.).
โ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies related to benefits and leave administration.
โ Maintain accurate records and documentation related to leaves and return-to-work processes
โ Maintain HRIS data integrity, ensure accurate benefits and leave records, and generate related reports.
โ Assist with training program administration, including scheduling and maintaining training documentation.
โ Partner with HR leadership to ensure a consistent, compliant, and employee-focused HR experience.
๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐:
โ Minimum 3 years of dedicated experience in benefits and leave administration.
โ Strong understanding of employee benefits, compliance requirements, and leave laws.
โ High proficiency with HR systems, data integrity, and reporting.
๐ก๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ:
โ UKG experience.
โ Bachelorโs degree in HR or related field.
โ PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification.
โ Bilingual (Spanish)
โ Experience working in a manufacturing or similar environment.
