岗位职责
一、仓库运营管理
- 负责仓库/分拣中心日常运营,包括收货、分拣、装车、中转、出库等流程。
- 确保包裹处理高效、准确、及时完成。
- 制定并持续优化操作流程,提高效率并降低运营成本。
- 管理库存准确率、仓位规划及异常问题处理。
二、团队管理
- 负责人员招聘、排班、培训、绩效管理及团队建设。
- 根据业务量灵活调配人力资源。
- 打造高执行力、高效率的运营团队。
三、设备与安全管理
- 负责叉车、货架、分拣设备等日常维护与使用管理。
- 落实安全制度、消防管理及操作规范。
- 定期组织安全检查及应急演练。
四、成本与绩效管理
- 控制人力及运营成本。
- 监控仓库关键指标(KPI),如效率、准确率、时效、人效等。
- 基于数据持续提出优化方案。
五、跨部门沟通协调
- 与运营、客服、人力、财务、运输等部门保持高效协作。
- 对接外部承运商、供应商等合作伙伴。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历,物流、供应链、运营管理相关专业优先。
- 3年以上仓储、分拣中心、物流运营管理经验。
- 有团队管理经验优先。
- 熟悉WMS系统及Excel、Word、PPT等办公软件。
- 具备数据分析及运营优化能力。
- 良好的领导力、沟通能力及抗压能力。
- 能适应快节奏现场管理工作环境。
- 中文流利为必须要求。
Key Responsibilities
1.Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day hub operations including receiving, sorting, staging, dispatch, and transfer processes.
- Ensure smooth, efficient, and on-time package flow across the facility.
- Optimize SOPs and workflows to improve productivity, reduce cost, and enhance service quality.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, warehouse layout, and operational exceptions.
2.Team Leadership
- Manage hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance of hub staff.
- Build a high-performing and accountable operations team.
- Allocate manpower based on business volume and operational needs.
3.Equipment & Safety
- Supervise maintenance and proper use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, racks, and sorting systems.
- Enforce workplace safety standards, fire prevention protocols, and company compliance policies.
- Conduct regular inspections and emergency drills.
4.Cost & Performance Management
- Control labor and operating costs through resource planning and process improvement.
- Track KPIs including productivity, accuracy, service level, labor efficiency, and cost metrics.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve hub performance.
5.Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams including operations, customer service, HR, finance, and transportation.
- Coordinate with external vendors, carriers, and partners to ensure timely execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
- 3 years of warehouse, fulfillment center, sorting center, or logistics management experience.
- Prior team leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Familiar with WMS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong analytical skills with KPI management experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Mandarin fluency required.
