Role Description
- Sort packages by ZIP code and coordinate with DSPs to ensure timely delivery.
- Supervise and train temporary workers during sorting and warehouse operations.
- Coordinate truck dispatch and support daily delivery operations.
- Design and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Track and resolve exception cases, including damaged, lost, or delayed parcels.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, basic equipment upkeep, and warehouse organization.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and DSP partners to resolve issues and support customer satisfaction.
- Support DSP relationship management and assist with onboarding new partners as needed.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
- Proficiency in operating clamp trucks, and pallet jacks.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management purposes.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
