Responsibilities:
• Evaluate, select, and manage Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) to ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and contractual requirements; build long-term partnerships.
• Negotiate contract clauses and pricing with DSPs; leverage data analysis to optimize delivery costs and improve service quality across routes
• Provide real-time operational guidance and technical support
• Develop and implement SOPs for DSP management to ensure compliance with service standards and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve complex delivery issues through root-cause, data-driven analysis; collaborate with internal teams to drive long-term stability and risk reduction.
• Coordinate with IT and Customer Service to optimize last-mile operations and enhance overall customer experience.
Required Qualifications:
• Shift: 2pm -11pm
• Experience in logistics operations or vendor management is preferred (DSP experience preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of logistics systems and industry regulations is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, analytics, engineering, or a related field preferred
