What are the responsibilities and job description for the E-Commerce Return Processing Specialist position at GOFO?
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily processing of returns, verifying the accuracy of return reasons.
Make informed decisions to either process returns or arrange redelivery based on specific cases, in coordination with the customer service team.
Track and compile return issue distribution, collecting data on exceptions and optimizing return reason categories to improve efficiency.
Manage the shelving of returned items in the system, and coordinate with the team to ensure timely return shipments once a certain quantity of returns is accumulated.
Monitor the status of processed returns to avoid any potential penalties, ensuring complete oversight of all return outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any return-related issues, support process improvements, and implement best practices.
Requirements
Prefer bilingual candidates with Mandarin and English.
Experience with package sorting and order fulfillment.
Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with warehouse operations and stock management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
