Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Office Clerk. This is an entry-level position focused on data entry and operational support. The ideal candidate is organized, responsible, and comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets. This role is essential for helping us enhance our service offerings and meet customer demands.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Warehouse Data Entry and Verification:
- Assist with recording daily inbound and outbound shipments
- Perform inventory and logistics operations in the system, including exception reporting
2. Driver Delivery Data Management:
- Organize and track daily driver delivery information (departure, return times, delivery volume, issues, etc.)
- Support preliminary data collection for driver piece-rate compensation
- HR Data Coordination with Staffing Agencies
3. Daily Reporting and Data Processing:
- Assist with creating operational reports and weekly warehouse summaries
- Perform basic data cleaning and organization using Excel and SQL
Requirements:
- Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. (Accept OPT, STEM OPT, H1B Sponsorship provided)
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
- Basic Excel skills required; experience with SQL is a plus
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Perform inventory and logistics operations in the system, including exception reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Statistics, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
