Responsibilities:
Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch
Manage and train warehouse associates to ensure high performance, safety, and compliance
Monitor KPIs such as fulfillment accuracy, on-time dispatch, and productivity
Assist with setting up warehouse layout, process design, and equipment configuration
Coordinate with HQ teams and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth flow of goods and information
Implement safety protocols and lead regular safety checks and compliance reviews
Troubleshoot operational issues and provide real-time solutions
