Role Description
· Evaluate, onboard, and build long-term partnerships with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs).
· Negotiate contracts and service pricing with DSPs to ensure cost-effective and high-quality delivery services.
· Provide daily operational support to DSPs, addressing issues and ensuring smooth delivery processes.
· Monitor package deliveries to ensure accurate tracking and on-time performance.
· Resolve delivery-related issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
· Ensure DSPs comply with company policies, contractual agreements, and industry standards.
· Collaborate with internal teams to develop and align on delivery strategies.
Qualifications:
· Experience in logistics operations, vendor management, or a related field (experience with DSPs is a plus).
· Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Familiarity with logistics systems and industry regulations is preferred.
· Educational background in logistics, supply chain management, analytics, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
