Responsibilities：
- Model Development: Build and optimize workforce efficiency models, sorting center data models, and site assessment models to enhance operational performance and decision-making.
- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business improvements.
- Code Development: Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code to support data processing, analysis, and model development.
- Data Sensitivity: Demonstrate a high level of sensitivity to data, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all analytical tasks.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
Requirements：
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis or a related field, with a focus on logistics or supply chain management preferred.
