Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operational Specialist role located in Indianapolis, IN. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for streamlining day-to-day operational processes, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining overall efficiency in the supply chain. Key tasks include coordinating last-mile delivery operations, managing service quality, optimizing capacity planning, and identifying areas for improvement using data analysis and feedback. Collaboration with internal departments and external partners will also be a core aspect of this role to ensure seamless and cost-effective operations.
