- Manage technical recruiting efforts for specialized roles within the organization.
- Support internal recruiting initiatives to promote employee growth and succession planning.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Experience in creating job descriptions, managing applicant tracking systems, and utilizing recruitment tools.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin for effective communication with diverse candidates.
- Knowledge of local and regional hiring regulations and best practices in recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high-paced environments, both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, or a related industry is a plus.
