WHAT WE ASK OF OUR TEAM:

• Be on-time for scheduled shifts and have access to transportation.
• Be a reliable and trustworthy member of our team that works well with everyone.
• Be physically ready and able to work hard outdoors and in the elements, performing heavy lifting at times.
• Bring a positive attitude to work that provides a great experience for customers and coworkers alike!

FOR WAREHOUSE DAYS (TYPICALLY WEEKDAY):

• Work alongside your team to inflate and clean returned equipment.
• Organize the warehouse and help with any weekday tasks.

FOR DELIVERIES (TYPICALLY WEEKEND):

Preparing Orders

• Work with your delivery crew to load all the equipment for your day.
• Double-check and secure your load contents.
• Review the delivery paperwork to ensure accuracy.
• Head out on the highway! Safely!

Deliveries

• Maintain an on-time delivery schedule for your upcoming events.
• Set-up inflatables and ensure they've been properly secured.
• Instruct customers on safe equipment operation.
• Make sure delivery paperwork is completed and payments are collected.
• Head out on the highway, again! Safely!

Pay: $15 to $17/hour base rate, based on placement, experience, and eligibility. In addition, 100% of tips go to the delivery crew, which can be substantial additional income.
