Role - VP Sales
Location - Charlotte North Carolina
Role Summary :- As the RVP of Sales / Director of Sales for Product Insights in the United States, you will lead and scale the sales organization, owning revenue growth, strategic customer acquisition, and expansion of enterprise accounts. You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, build a high-performing sales team, and partner closely with marketing, product, and customer success to accelerate adoption of AI and analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Leadership & Strategy:
Own and drive revenue and ARR targets for AI and analytics platform in the US region.
Develop and execute a scalable go-to-market sales strategy tailored to enabling accelerated analytics performance at scale, AI and BI.
Define target customer segments, value propositions, pricing, and positioning for enterprise and mid-market opportunities.
Build and manage accurate sales forecasting and pipeline dashboards.
Team Building & Leadership:
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales organization (Account Executives, SDRs, Sales Ops).
Establish measurable KPIs, quota models, and compensation plans that incentivize performance.
Provide coaching, enablement, and career development for sales teams.
Enterprise Sales Execution:
Lead the sales process for complex, large-scale deals with strategic accounts.
Build trusted relationships with executive buyers, channel partners and technical champions.
Collaborate with presales, solutions architects, and implementation teams to win and retain business.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Marketing to drive demand generation, content strategy, and lead conversion.
Work with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap based on customer feedback and competitive insights.
Align with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding, expansion, and renewals for existing customers.
Market & Competitive Intelligence:
Understand competitive landscape and evolving trends in AI, BI, Cloud Analytics, and big data.
Translate market insights into differentiated messaging and sales strategies.
Required Qualifications:
15 years of B2B enterprise software sales leadership, ideally in SaaS, AI, BI, analytics, cloud, or data infrastructure.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
Experience building and scaling sales teams in a high-growth technology environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to engage C-level executives and build long-term strategic relationships.
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern sales tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience selling into large enterprises, cloud platforms, or data & analytics buying centers.
Familiarity with analytics ecosystem (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, AWS/Azure/GCP).
Experience with value-based selling and long-cycle, high-ACV deals.
Track record of scaling revenue in early-stage or mid-market SaaS companies.
