Our client, a leading organization in the technology services industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support professional to join their team. As a Technical Support, you will be an integral part of the support department, assisting various customer groups and ensuring the seamless operation of critical technology systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to technical challenges, aligning successfully within a dynamic and inclusive work environment.

What's the Job?

  • Apply advanced technical knowledge to operate and support critical technology areas such as server administration, security management, and performance optimization.
  • Resolve complex incidents independently, collaborating with team members to address cross-technology issues effectively.
  • Proactively identify solutions to prevent potential problems, ensuring high system availability and reliability.
  • Utilize industry-specific solutions to meet highly complex customer needs and support contract renewal discussions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including senior management, to foster trust and satisfaction.


What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate degree in a technical field with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of technology products and services, including market trends and third-party solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tactfully engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, including proactive, reactive, and creative approaches.
  • Experience in technical consulting, project management, and delivering operational efficiencies.
