About the Role

LINEV Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Technical Support – Level 1 specialist to join our growing Service & Support team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about technology and eager to help customers resolve technical issues with our advanced security and imaging systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and remote tools.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to LINEV Systems’ products.
  • Document support cases, resolutions, and escalate complex issues to higher-level support.
  • Assist with system configuration, updates, and basic diagnostics.
  • Guide customers through standard procedures and provide clear instructions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and field service teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or technical certification in IT, electronics, or related field (bachelor’s preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in technical support or help desk environment.
  • Basic understanding of networking, Windows OS, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.
